Circle M Farms is owned by Randal and Gay Menscer and managed by Jessica Menscer Gillis. The Menscer’s have been showing and breeding Quarter horses for over 15 years. They have had much success including multiple Top Tens at the AQHA world show and The All American Quarter Horse Congress, as well as World and Reserve World Champion Mr More Phenomenal. Not only have the Menscer’s been successful at showing but they have bred the majority of the horses they have shown.
